Set Panose flags #125

[why] Some terminal emulators look on the Panose flags to find out if a font is monospaced and can be used.

[how] Just set the Panose flags in the custom parameters section.

I assume you used Glyphs3?

In fact I just changed Neon and copied the change over to the other source files manually.

Might fix these Issues: Fixes #111 Fixes #94 Fixes #17 Fixes #32 Fixes #20 Fixes #15
