Monaspace release 1.000 zip contains _MACOSX folder with additional unneded metadata. #70

_MACOSX Folder should not be present in release zip file. This file can be safely removed and it would not change any font behaviour. This is definition of unneeded files in release archive.

The .DS_Store files should be removed for the same reason. It's an artifact from the macOS machine used to create the zip.

simple fix:

add _MACOSX and .DS_Store to .gitignore.
