Add bio file for @KLSweet #20

This Pull Request adds a bio file for @klsweet as requested in #7. Hey, @loranallensmith, and @githubteacher, and @RageAgainstTheVM and @jgjucha I would :heart: and if you :hear_no_evil: if you are able to :+1: and put some :clock1: and :eyes: and :watch: and of course :see_no_evil: but if you cannot do this, I will understand, so thanks :facepunch: and by the way, my darts team won first place last night; we are number one in the darts league in Southern Maryland. :facepunch: and also Go Caps!! :+1:
