changed the amount of water and white vinegar #14

sorry I forgot the description - but I believe 1 cup of white vinegar makes the hot sauce to sour

@JeannatteE this was good and you noticed the lack of description which works :smile:

But unfortunately someone changed this file at the same time as you, so there are conflicts that need to be solved. I didn't go into this chapter of merging change conflicts, so my suggestion if you still want to merge a PR is to change another recipe.
