Grammatical error on main page of the course, under "Steps to complete this course" #20

Describe the bug On the main page of the course, under the section Steps to complete this course, Step 1 has a grammatical error. It says "Configure the workflow trigger based on an a label being added" and should say "Configure the workflow trigger based on a label being added"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the course at https://lab.github.com/githubtraining/github-actions:-continuous-delivery-with-azure
  2. Scroll down the page to the section Steps to complete this course and click the arrow to expand the steps
  3. You will see the grammatical mistake in the sentence in Step 1

Expected behavior The sentence on Step 1 should say "Configure the workflow trigger based on a label being added"
