URGENT BUG - Unable to get through happy path on Production #125

On production, bot doesn’t respond after I comment with smee URL. @hollenberry @a-a-ron @crichid @ppremk @beardofedu @hectorsector @jasonetco @jamesmgreene @heiskr

At this point, more tests will be the first step to make sure it's not only me and user error.

I'm not sure what's breaking it, but it may have something to do with lines 32, 52, and 74 that reference pull/1 when it's actually supposed to be pull/2.

@crichID was the earliest bird in slack:

can you test it in staging and see if you get stuck in the same place? We have to update the bot's permissions on prod - is it possible this is the step where we need these permissions?

Since the course does work in staging, is this likely a permission issue?
