👋 @a-a-ron (and @JasonEtco for awareness -- we may need YAML help soon)

This PR includes:

The user/app activity outline. Needs an overhaul to make more sense. Might be better if it matches some other courses like this one, I used the old table approach that doesn't necessarily look pretty with optional CFUs.
A first stab at YAML and pseudo-coding. Would love a sync to hammer some of this out further and learn how to YAML better, but please don't wait on my account if you're eager to dive in.
Empty response files for us to fill in today.
