Include a default body in pull request that will be commented out #78

If we include a comment, that will still trigger the app. We can help lead the user on the right path by opening a pull request with an existing body:

If we include that comment as the pull request template, it will work. 👍

If we use https://github.com/githubtraining/games, this is taken care of. I'll keep this open until the decision is made.
