Hello and THANK YOU @pdsprog!
Three things stand out (aside from the huge gratitude, and obvious amount of great work you've put in!)
README.md
is the landing page for the course. I don't believe that we change this for translations. @hectorsector could you please confirm?config.yml
file. To see examples of necessary additions, you can look at the existing lines in this repository for other translations. Please let me know if you have any questions, need any help, and once again, thank you. ✨
Hello and THANK YOU @pdsprog!
Three things stand out (aside from the huge gratitude, and obvious amount of great work you've put in!)
1. The `README.md` is the landing page for the course. I don't believe that we change this for translations. @hectorsector could you please confirm? 2. One important aspect will be the `config.yml` file. To see examples of necessary additions, you can look at the [existing lines in this repository for other translations](https://github.com/githubtraining/introduction-to-github/blob/386b694f77342cdf64536bae78fb4bfeaaf6d192/config.yml#L24-L31). 3. After the first two things are addressed, because nobody on our team speaks Portuguese, would you be able to find a reviewer who speaks the language fluently?
Please let me know if you have any questions, need any help, and once again, thank you. ✨
I'm sorry. I guess I opened a pull request to the wrong branch master and it went to you guys. Actually, I am translating the original content from English to Portuguese so that's why I changed the MD files. It's my first time using branches on Github and my first pull request ever. I guess it didn't go through very well. LOL!
I'm gonna read more and try to open a pull request to the correct branch. Thank you for being kind and again, I'm sorry about it. :)
Eu fiz a primeira parte da tradução dos arquivos, porém não mexi na questão dos links e imagens. Caso precise, por favor me avise que eu tento encontrá-las na internet.
Como eu disse, sou novo nesse mundo da programação e sei ainda o básico sobre o Git/Github e sempre uso o terminal para fazer meus commits.
Aguardo sugestões de alterações e estou muito feliz de poder colaborar, pois este é o primeiro projeto Open Source que ajudo :).
