As outlined in #3, Looking Glass cannot provide feedback within a repository using all available methods. Currently, Looking Glass can only provide feedback within the GitHub Actions environment and within Issues.

Looking Glass needs to be extended to support the other ways we plan to provide feedback within a repository.
