Consistent feedback will enhance the experience of receiving it. Currently the msg key mentioned in #3 can accept any string which opens the door to what could be too wide of a range of messages.

Implement a feedback message template unique to each feedback type to provide a consistent experience regardless of who wrote the hands-on lab.

Free form messaging. During the POC phase for Looking Glass we allowed for author defined strings, but recognize the need to establish best practices for displaying feedback.
