Feedback: Issue # 4 as a PR #90

Issue # 4 is a PR, which may throw some people off, although the next steps are clearly outlined in issue # 3 and the PR.

In my case, I was looking at the issue numbers as my guide to which step I was on. When one of the issues was skipped, it threw me off for a second until it clicked that a PR took the next number in the sequence. Not sure how to make this feedback actionable, other than really reiterating what to expect next.
