Remove Node 8 from workflows #38

We have some responses/code examples that use Node v8 - that version is deprecated, we should remove it! If we still want to show multiple versions, I'd recommend 12, 14, thought 10, 12 is also okay!

Solved. We fixed this for the Satellite workshops, we now use 10,12,14 for this course.
