TODO list:
Umm... Perhaps, I should use Automake to maintain SUBDIRS....
contrib/gurobi/TEST/ will depend on Gurobi, which requires a license. The license is free if run from a .edu domain, so it is at least a possibility. This is the only non-free interface I know of currently in contrib.
By the way, is there any reasonable way to do CI with Cygwin yet? Not a priority, just curious.
No... Travis-CI does not support Windows environment... Sad... #orz < Cygwin
Thank's for your advice. I'll remove it on TODO list. < contrib/gurobi/TEST/
Ah! I found CI service for Windows. I'll try it for CI with Cygwin. > @bbarker

Please discuss about CI with Cygwin at following issue https://github.com/githwxi/ATS-Postiats/issues/107.
Wow, I'm somewhat impressed it is free for OSS. That is great. Probably not every project makes sense to be checked in Windows/Cygwin, but this should be a big help.

We have done plenty for ATS-Postiats-contrib. Let us now move onto ATS-Postiats-test:
