Adding unalias note for Linux #11

Simple workaround shared from the team. It should be part of the documentation :)

@FBoucher I created a PR a few minutes before you uploaded yours to add the troubleshooting section and just included the gitk problem.

Before merge, I saw your PR and included "Ubuntu" after "Unix".

Thanks for your help!! I will close your PR tomorrow if you don't want to include anything else.
