Claim ownership on OpenVSX Marketplace #1245

Arch Linux (Linux based operating system distribution) has decided to switch the marketplace for extensions from the MS Visual Studio Marketplace to OpenVSX in this commit.

Here are some more details about OpenVSX, its goal, and why it was created

Could you please claim ownership of the published GitLens addon for security reasons? Thank you!

I have claimed ownership (a while ago), but I haven't published a newer version of GitLens to that registry since taking ownership. I went looking to publish an updated version, but there is a long new legalese publisher agreement to agree to before I can do that (ugh)

Also, I definitely don't want to have to manually publish to Open VSX -- anyone want to take a crack at getting that integrated into the existing GitHub action workflows?
