This issue is a follow-up of #3621

Steps to reproduce

open Start Work, start creating branch form an issue
on the issue list start typing in the search field

Actual result:

all issues disappear
when you clean the search field, nothing appears back

Expected result

matching issues are visible
when you clean the search field, all issues are visible again
