[BUG] Repo still shows review request is open #122

Summary

I recently opened a review request as a test and almost immediately afterwards closed it. When I look at overview, it still shows that a review request is open, but when I open the language in question, it shows that all review requests are closed.

Steps to reproduce

Open a review request, close it immediately, refresh the page and look at the Gitlocalize overview

What is the current bug behavior?

The overview still thinks a review request is open

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should update and know that the review request has been closed.

I solved it by creating another revieq request and actually creating a pull request from it
