Sort students in ascending order of Full Name on Batch >> Program Enrollments

Describe the task On page load, the students seem to be randomly sorted. Further, the sort controls on the table header are also not working.

@Mariamraza15 @Kirtigour I have add sorting feature for student & alumni and institute module now, I am adding for others it's a big change that is why I am updating in parts Thanks
