Don't allow slash character "/" in branch name - Azure DevOps #18

Using the connection to Azure DevOps does not allow creating branches that contain the "/" character in the name, it automatically changes it to "-".

We require to use "/" in the name of the branches, since we have special permissions in some defined folders
