Localization? #40

@JesterOrNot How should we resolve localization meaning make the software to speak the language of the end-user.

@JesterOrNot Rather general localization including things like metric vs imperial (if applies), but yes including translations.

@JesterOrNot i wanted to implement that on zernit, but i did not get a timeframe for it yet so i am not confident in implementing that.
