Use discord threads in qa search index #10

We have thread data of questions from our discord which is a really valuable source of information for the QA search index, so we should implement it

Current Problems:

[ ] We need a way to clean the data, unlike the docs the data is messy and there is no clear answer to the initial question. The question could also change/develop over the threads lifetime.

Idea: We could use try and use GPT to summarise the thread data - it would need to try and find the answer and present it as a fact so it's in a format we can use - everything in the QA index should be factual

We would probably need some manual review process involved in adding things to the index, and a way to add extra threads after the initial review process without restarting it
