Adjust Grant 20 Extra Hours to 24 Hours #10881

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

As a support analyst I would like to offer credit in days rather than an arbitrary amount of hours (currently 20). I believe this will read better from the customers point of view.

Describe the behaviour you'd like

I'd like to see that 'Grant 20 Extra Hours' link be updated to read 'Grant 24 Extra Hours' and that the behind-the-scenes functionality be adjusted to it grants 24 hours instead of 20.

We can probably close this one out since we're moving to usage based billing. A new issue could be opened in the future if we have a similar feature for adding credits.
