[code] integrate gitlab workflow extension #5342

It implies creating a merge request for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-vscode-extension/-/issues/337 and then integrating in our version of Gitpod Code.

Unfortunately after team discussions we realised that we don't have capacity for upstream issues and have to focus more on bug fixes and robust deployments. I removed it from the scheduled for now.

GitLab recently merged a basic OAuth implementation to login to GitLab.com with their VS Code Extension, without generating token. Reposting here because of a relevant issue we opened some time ago in case this is something we could benefit from.
