Exit in init task causing prebuild to fail without true failure indication #6135

Bug description

Prebuild saved 3 minutes. But the init task didn't complete fully

Also the pre-build apparently doesn't exist

Dealing with this issue over the past couple weeks... $$$

I appreciate your product. Thank you.

Expected behavior

I guess I'd like to be told explicitly that the init task failed to avoid lots of troubleshooting and superstition.

This is happening as reported, need to discuss with @akosyakov about approach/fix.

Temporarily removing this from Groundwork, we will pick this one up at some point, but we need to do some investigation/thinking on how we need this to work, first.
