[dashboard] git state is outdated on branches and prebuilds pages #9316

Bug description

Last commit in this branch https://github.com/gitpod-io/spring-petclinic/tree/jb_indexing_in_prebuild is done 21h ago:

Branches and prebuilds page for this project shows 13 days ago instead.

Additionally prebuilds are not auto triggered by new changes.
