Change subject and/or reference header to avoid threaded career mails

To automate parts of our application process for incoming applications we should avoid grouped emails in gmail. This can be done in two ways:

1. Create a new subject for each message that you don’t want to group.
2. Send each message with a unique reference header value that doesn’t match a previous message.
