Simplifies setup #10

Removes Sail. Composer update.

Solves some issues, unrelated to this install #9

Sure, go ahead!

After that, I'll make sure the starter kits with Inertia and Livewire both work, as there's an issue I would like to dig deeper. Not related with GitPod, but we can make that easier for people using the templates.

Speaking of starters... I would also like to make a template with Filament.

I've added it to the project's demo repo, but it sure would be nice to have it ready for people to use as a way to develop packages, debug issues etc
