Add support for Python 3.10 and 3.11 #81

Python 3.11 was released on 2022-10-24 🚀

Also drop support for EOL 3.5 and 3.6, update syntax with https://github.com/asottile/pyupgrade/, bump GitHub Actions and remove old Travis CI stuff.
