[Feature Request] Close Issue 2-Step Verification #139

I found myself in a conundrum when interacting with the issue number. I clicked the issue number thinking it would take me to github ( an issue has already been opened for this https://github.com/gitscout/gitscout-feedback/issues/78) and soon realized I had closed the issue. In my panicked haste, I missed the undo error and effectively closed the issue. I reopened it through github but found the lack of 2-step verification of a potentially harmful action missing and the error easy to miss.

It'd be good to have a modal or some sort of verification step before closing issues, regardless of where that button exists.

@ghanbak Sorry about that 😕. We have different users having issues about this, we will fix that soon.

Speaking more generally, "Close Issue" seems oddly difficult to find - only available on a non-obvious swipe and a non-obvious click. Would suggest a more explicit button/approach as visually prioritized as the arguably less-important "Set a milestone".
