Ability to create new Labels and Milestones #149

Hi,

I'm not sure if this has already been suggested but I did have a quick search and couldn't find anything.

Would it be possible to have the ability to create new Labels for Repos and maybe even have the ability to create sets of Labels for later use; so you could make a set of Labels for a PHP project and for any new PHP project you could just add that set of Labels the Repo.

Any if possible, being able to create Milestones would be very useful.

Just an idea / suggest 😄

@MichaelHillcox We are not allowing user to create Milestones and Label from Gitscout now. This is something we are working on. We let you know when this is available. Thanks a lot for your feedbacks.👍
