"Techincal Error" Occurred ... may be `worker` related #243

Here's the error code:

Error: TypeError: Failed to fetch
    at file:///Applications/Gitscout.app/Contents/Resources/app.asar/workers.js:6090:23
From previous event:

I was just checking unreads after lunch.
