Cats wander off into the sunset causing cat population issues. #52

All the cats are now outside the village instead of in.

Look into either a) only making tamed cats which hang around a villager persistent, or b) finding some way to put a radius on a cat's adventures.

Fixed by adding an option to tie a cat to a specified radius of the bell.
