Fishing Lines go to multiple fishermen :( #83

Doesn't happen with a single fisherman, but something is confused with multiple fishermen and multiple fishing lines get drawn, some quite far away.

Seems to be a 1.19.3 only bug, can't reproduce in 1.19.2, persists even after improving fishing targetting.

Fixed in 1.0.10.
