line numbers in all code views #519

Although some views do have it, it's not consistent across the board.

Gists and php I've noticed so far, there's probably more.

I think absolute position line numbers makes sense, so that if you link it to others and say "what think of line 86?" they'll see the same line number, even if it's soft wrapped.
