What sort of lag should I expect when using this with:

10 concurrent
100 concurrent
1000 concurrent
10,000 concurrent

@sitver @ChairmanMeow @derekmiranda @kbbqiu any answer available? Also would the lag be same across all users or would it be incremental i:e as new user get added the lag for them keeps increasing?
