Purpose of code changes on this branch:
Fixes to be used in apache+mod_python
- add mod_pywebsocket.handshake to package to be installed.
- add new PythonOption mod_pywebsocket.allow_draft75.
- logger to apache's error.log.
- catch exception in transfer_data and log
- rm old handshake.py
