adding parameter to savePlotValues for the % density to plot #30

Added a parameter to the savePlotValues function, which only saves the highest density points. Setting it to 1 recovers the original behaviour of the function.

(only 3 lines changed -- might be easier to just copy them to another branch than deal with the merge conflicts @gallenaxel )

Great! I'll check it out and then implement the changes in my PR with the H_T variable here, and tag you in it with some plots when its done :)
