Cannot select the KSC in the Deorbit Planner #2

Whenever i use the deorbit planner i can select any other runway other than the ksc but it doesnt appear to register when selecting the ksc but for all of the other runways when you pick them in selection menu it locks and gives you the data you need

Should be fixed now, you can re-pull now. It was a bug in the logic that waits for the target selection, since KSC is the first entry it wouldn't register a gui click as a 'change'.
