For now, the code only allows power laws of the relative distances.

To what extend is it possible to generalize this to a general function of the relative distances (i.e. isotropic inter-potential) ? * QUANTIFY THE ASSOCIATED RUN-TIME LOSS*
Can the particles also feel an external potential ?
Inplement the bitches

Generalization to any potential function of relative distance OK. Associated time-loss is inexistend (function is most probably inlined since declared pure).
