Files in Banque folder are not at JSON format #41

Clarification : there are 3 kind of files in the Banque directory :

The *.init.txt which are initial conditions to be fed to the simulator.
The *.abf.txt which describe the Fourrier coefficients of the expected trajectory. Is both an output and an input of the choreography finder.
the *.cheat.txt which is a sampling of the trajectory found by the choreography finder. THis one is to be fed to the GUI. It is the ony one in JSON format.

It woud be interesting to add a simulation for al of those, for exemple with a *.simu.txt extension.
