Cannot redeclare class Locale Error while loading admin as well as main page after installation. #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and Extract.
2. Rename config and database file from config directory.
3. Run /install from browser, and complete all the steps.
4. After completion of installation, visit '/' or '/admin' and got error.

Error screenshot has been attached herewith.
