Please NEVER use Short Open PHP Tags #12

Please change "<?=" to "<?php echo " - not everyone has the crappy short
open tags turned on in the php config.

Create a file that starts with "<?xml ..." and you know why.

Images also not working in the latest version, spreadshirt has changes the
way the images are created.

I hope you can update the nice plugin soon.
