Is development still ongoing?

I have made some changes to the code to fit my needs, and was wondering how to upload these, with a changelog? If you are interested of course :)

Currently, maintainers are needed. But please just file a pull request and we'll come back later.

I would like to contribute to this project. I don't know how much technical knowledge is needed for it.

I know python, and I have sufficient knowledge on Forex
