Unknown Catalog #82

When I update interview from the list of the interview in the dashboard, the question catalog is unknown ( no catalog selected and no catalogs are loaded to be selected in the form. If I refresh the page the catalog is then retrieved correctly and the other catalog are available in the selection list.

Shit! I must have broken something in the capistrano branch because this issue doesn't happen in the master brunch. I won't fix it until I merge the branches
