Messages not being sent (Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused')))

I get this error every time I try to send a message:

"HomeAssistantError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='f4fdf59d-whatsapp-addon', port=3000): Max retries exceeded with url: /sendMessage (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0xffff8a0a8850>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))"

I have sent maybe a total of 50 msgs over the last month only, and if I need to send more than one at the same moment I put a random delay between them and never send more than 4 in one hour. So I don't think I reached any limit or so. There is any solution?
