Icon Theme updates #1451

@giuspen I attach here a pack with a new Save button and some minor changes for better look on dark themes.

Hi @userfav I wanted to ask you if you could replace https://github.com/giuspen/cherrytree/blob/master/icons/ct_code.svg with something different, maybe an icon representing {} I had this though after seeing the icon of the tool devhelp https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Devhelp

Looks good to me thanks, I'm going to put it in and we shall se how it looks on a code node

I think it would look better if you could do something in the style of https://github.com/giuspen/cherrytree/blob/master/icons/ct_xml.svg because the curly brackets are too tiny otherwise

@giuspen By the way, I'm trying to keep updated a 48 px. version, maybe can be useful in the future.

Thanks @userfav it's nice of you to keep up to date the 48px version, I added it to version control even though we are not using it at the moment
