Pasting nodes and subnodes unexpected behaviour

If you copy nodes and subnodes via context menu (in german, "Knoten und Unterknoten kopieren"), then selecting anonther node an doing a paste (in german, "Knoten und Unterknoten einfügen"), my expection is, that the node is inserted below the selected node (as a new subnode). But the copied node is inserted at the same tree depth (level) than the selected destination node and has to be rightshifted afterwords. If find this confusing. Maybe I missed something or doing something wrong?

I'm not sure, as if you select a folder in the file manager and hit Ctrl+C and the Ctrl+V (with the original folder still selected) you get the same folder pasted below, not inside.
