when trying to start cherrytree

Can you close cherrytree, then rename ~/. config/cherrytree/config.cfg to _config.cfg (or move it somewhere else) then start cherrytree so it will regenerate a new config.cfg and report if it still crashes. If it doesn't crash anymore then it's a config.cfg issue, in this case please attach the config.cfg that causes your crash or send me privately (mail in help--about dialog)

Thank you for your feedback. After I removed the config.cfg (and the adjacent files) CherryTree worked.
