I am using CherryTree for HackTheBox note taking and have a structure created in a CherryTree external file. When I start working on a new machine, I import this structure and associate with the selected treenode. All is fine. I commit the new files to github frequenty.
I first noticed a problem when I pulled down the repository to open in a different Kali Linux instance. Several of the imported nodes were missing even though the commit history showed the data was added.
And just now my Kali VM restarted and I re-opened CherryTree and I have lost great deal of important work. I have no idea how to get this back. Hoping you can help.
